Ritual Ritual, located on 2nd Street in Northern Liberties, is a collaborative space that fosters independent designers and artists in Philadelphia. Ritual is part retail store, part co-working space with an emphasis on quality design + conscious minded lifestyle practices.
At Ritual, things are constantly evolving. Every day new ideas are shared within our collective that keep us focused on our goal of increasing our positive impact on the community. As a result, we have recognized the necessity to expand and build a proper healing space within our shop.
Our designated in-house practitioners: Reiki Master Makenzie Flynn & Massage Therapist Emery Ruth have already started offering their healing services to the public. They are currently working out of a studio space that is shared with our other designers. Due to the lack of complete privacy during normal shop hours, Makenzie and Emery are able to offer sessions only while the shop is closed to the public. Since the demand for alternative healing services in our community is so high, we would love to be able to offer more accessible options.
The new plan is to tear down the existing partial walls in the back of the shop so that we can rebuild a completely enclosed and sound-proof healing room in its place. In this new room, we will be able to offer Reiki and Massage during regular shop hours which will increase our availability for healing exponentially--from two days per week to seven. With your support, you can help us bring more healing into our community than ever before.
