The Wiregrass Ranch High School Percussion Program needs your support. Since our inception, we have successfully produced high-functioning students and diligent youth leaders, but the continued growth of this program will soon slow to a halt.
The school district and our band boosters graciously provide support, however, in order to expand our program by creating additional educational performance opportunities, we need more percussion instruments. We are striving continue to expand this program that produces not only good musicians but also responsible and successful leaders.
These additional instruments will also allow us to prepare and perform many of the great percussion ensemble masterworks that call for a more extensive instrumentation than what we currently have in inventory. Having this access will grant us the ability to play pieces that are more mentally engaging and require a lot of teamwork to be able to play. These situations are what have permitted us to create such a successful student leadership development program.

These situations are what have permitted us to create such a successful student leadership development program.
In the past few years, our program has graduated students to Yale, Princeton, UCLA and Duke University. In addition, one of our percussionists was accepted at a music conservatory in New York and another is attending the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts on a performance scholarship for percussion.
This standard of excellence is a tradition at Wiregrass and will continue to progress as we fulfill our vision. While we are pleased that our reputation of success and stellar performance continues to draw record numbers of students into the program, we are faced with the challenge of providing instruments for these students. We need more percussion instruments and we need your help.
Our mission is to offer educational opportunities that will create a comprehensive, well-rounded percussion program that challenges students at every proficiency level. Having these additional instruments will provide us the tools needed to build this program and create a more diverse and engaging educational curriculum for our percussionists.
All donations received through this fund-raiser will be exclusively committed to the acquisition of percussion instruments for the Wiregrass Ranch High School Band program. Thank you for your consideration. All donations, are gratefully appreciated.
