A Habitat for Johnny

My name is Katama Eastman, and I am raising this campaign on behalf of my brother Johnny Trotta. I am from New York City. As described below, all the funds raised here will go to Habitat For Humanity in Newburgh NY in order to dedicate a home in Johnny's name. We will send the funds donated here directly to Habitat.
We would like to build a home in Johnny's name. Habitat for Humanity was a cause near and dear to his heart. The foundation had a huge impact on our dear Johnny's life. It began after the 2011 Tornado which devastated Tuscaloosa, where he was graduating from the University of Alabama. Rebuilding homes for these desperate displaced families, gave Johnny a tremendous sense of pride and purpose. He communicated his love of this organization to our entire family, and was an outspoken advocate for the cause. With the funds we raise here, our family will be able to build a new home in Johnny's honor in  a community close to home.
   When the project is launched, the opportunity for friends and family to participate on the job site will be open to all. Please help us create a home for Johnny. We thank you.
