Peter Johnson’s Cancer Fundraiser- For Pete’s Sake

I are fundraising for my fiancé, Peter Johnson. He has Stage 4 Kidney cancer and just lost his job and all benefits because if it, including medical which he desperately needs. As you can imagine, his medical expenses are skyrocketing every day.
I too lost the majority of my income and am now only working 2 hours a day. I need to take care of my man!
Without help, we cannot support his medical bills or basic living expenses beyond 2-3 months at best.
Peter NEEDS to stay close to his medical team here in Sandpoint and desperately need help to do so.

Now for some details…
On November 16, 2021, Peter was diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney cancer which has metastasized to his lungs, bones, lymph nodes, esophagus and more.
His official diagnosis as of 2021 year end is Stage 4, Group 4, T3A Sarcomatoid/Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma.
He has a lot of personal and professional goals and desperately wants to live.
Our families live in Washington state, so we don't have that in-person support from them that is so important in these times.
In healthier times, Peter enjoyed hiking, gardening, woodworking, going to live music, learning the guitar and spending time with me out and about. He is eager to get back to those activities ASAP.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
- FIANCE: Me, Linda Preston; we met in January 2016 and got engaged December 13, 2019. He is the love of my life and it took me 50 years to find him. Our relationship is magical and being without him is not an option.
- DAUGHTER: Peter's 22 year old daughter, Sara, just starting her adult life and still needs her father's guidance and support. She is a student at University of Colorado studying criminal justice.
- PARENTS: Mom and dad share a mutually loving support system with Peter. They live in Yelm, WA
- SIBLINGS: Peter has a brother, Jake, that looks up to him. They share many memories together.
