I Just Want a Kitchen!

On March 19, 2012, our home was destroyed by a tornado.  Our homeowners insurance company did not pay because we did not have our ceilings sheetrocked yet (we were finishing up construction).  We are retired and do not have income to finish this house.  We have walls and a roof and a working bathroom ... but no kitchen.  A group of people donated a refrigerator to us (MANY thanks!) and we saved up and got a stove, but we still do not have a kitchen sink (we wash dishes in the bathroom), nor any cabinets or counters (we have folding tables).
We just need enough to finish the kitchen and maybe some sheetrock (House Two doesn't have sheetrock on the ceilings either!).  We can wait on flooring and finish work, we just have been living with no kitchen for so long that we are going crazy.
We appreciate, beyond words, any help you are able to give.
