Jeff Wilson Memorial Bench

Jeff Wilson was FUN. He brought a smile to everyone's face who knew him. He was taken from us much too early when he died suddenly of a massive heart attack on February 24, 2015.
He had turned 41.
Jeff's greatest passion was fishing. Even though he fished many different lakes and rivers, his heart was always at Bullshead Resevoir in S.E.  Alberta. He did so much for the lake. He was involved in fish rescues. He mentored people new to fishing on the use of spin or fly rods. He educated individuals on the rules and regulations at each lake he fished. Jeff would go out on his own time to pick up garbage and empty containers around Bullshead because he took so much pride in his favorite fishing hole.
His loved ones would like to comission a handcrafted bench to be placed at Bullshead Resevoir in memory of Jeff. His hard work in the area through his fishing buddies and the people he knew at Alberta Parks. Having a quiet spot to rememberJeff while they take in the immense beauty of the area would have meant a lot to him.
His partner, Nicole, and his parents, Linda and Ron, want to fulfill this for him. Our goal is to raise $2700 to cover the cost of the bench and installation.  Any monies over and above this cost will be donated in Jeff's name to Medicine Hat Fish and Game.
