Handicapped accessible van

For over 3 years, I've been without a vehicle & been mostly homebound. I've been denied financing for a handicapped van 3 times - because my debt to income ratio is too high due to me helping others in need. So, I'm trying to reduce my debt & save up my down payment again. That way, I have the ability to get to my own Dr appts, get my own meds, run my own errands, & actually leave my home for volunteering. I've been asked to help with an event at Eastern HS, do lighting & other things for community theatre, & tutor youngsters, so I need to have my own reliable transportation.
