I am creating a collection of web-based resources to help leaders in spiritual communities, navigate the complex intersection of diversity, spirituality and inclusion.

In "Four Purposes of Life" Dan Millman says, "The primary difference between a career and a calling is that we pursue a career primarily for income and a calling primarily for innate satisfaction."
I've been lucky. I've enjoyed a great career helping business leaders and organizations use diversity as a strategic advantage. It always felt like both a calling and a career. But now it is time for me to apply my experience to leaders in faith-based communities.
In order to do this I need to invest in several web-based platforms, engage the services of a few professionals and purchase the resources that lay a solid foundation that allows for growth. The money you contribute will help defray the cost of the following expenses:
* Professional course and coaching platform annual fee ($1,000)* Graphic designer for related web pages, course materials ($1,500)
* Software upgrade ($500)
* Audio & Video Recording Equipment for podcasts and videocasts ($500)
* Copywriter / Editor for course materials, ebooks and web-based promotion ($1,000)
* Research assistant ($500)
* Ebook formatting and design ($500)
* Purchase of image & music licenses ($700)
* Printing marketing materials, samples & drafts ($400)
* Professional assistance with marketing strategy and timeline ($1,000)
* Administrative and office supplies, ink, etc ($300)
* Annual fees for webinar & teleseminar hosting sites ($800)
Dan Millman also wrote: "For some of us, career and calling have merged into one; for others, they remain separate and distinct. One way is not necessarily better than another."
My calling and my career are, like most things in my life, fully integrated. It's almost impossible to see where one ends and the other begins. Fund this project and you help turn a dream into a focused ministry that helps other people live peacefully in this multiethnic, multigenerational, multicultural world.
