Every year, the Tenderfeet Education Center in Nairobi, Kenya has a Christmas Uniform Fundraiser.
Your contribution can put a huge smile on the face of a child who has experienced more suffering than most of us can imagine.
Serving over 150 vulnerable children living in extreme poverty, Tenderfeet provides a brighter future to children who would otherwise not be able to attend school.
In Kenya, it is a law that all students must wear school uniforms. For Tenderfeet children and their families, the expense of the mandatory sweater, buttoned shirt, trousers, and leather shoes is incredibly expensive.
For some, it is more than the family makes in a month!
$25 can purchase shoes & a sweater.
$40 will buy a junior uniform for those under 10 years.
$50 will purchase a senior uniform for an older student.
$120 will outfit a whole family!
We are offering gifts of appreciation from the children for all donations, including a photo for every donation.
Donations over $50 get a hand tracing, over $100 gets a handmade gift, and over $150 gets a handwritten letter from one of the students.
