CallingAllBlackMen Protect & Defend

The Protect and Defend Network is the only organization in the world whose mission is to Protect and Defend the Black Woman and Child.

The premise is very simple:

A Black Woman contacts Us because She feels that Her life is in danger
We activate our international network of Black Men
All of us get on social media and otherwise to make sure that the word gets out that we have an Active Incident
Any Brothers in the immediate area go to the location to make sure that everyone knows that the Black Woman is not alone

The Network went live on November 1, 2015 and through word-of-mouth has already attracted over 120 Members. It is time to take Protecting and Defending the Black Woman and Child to the next level.

“How?” you ask.

Thanks for asking.  Sometimes supporting an organization is more than just supporting an organization.  The Protect and Defend Network has answered the call to respond to the vicious and wanton attacks on Black Women and Black Children everywhere. Being a Black Woman anywhere in the world today is like having a target painted on your back. And both citizens and policemen are hitting that target with both accuracy and impunity.

So Director Nommo Userkaf has a plan for the Black Woman and Child. He wants to dramatically increase the Membership of the Protect and Defend Network while simultaneously equipping Black Women to protect themselves on a level never before seen.  Since Black Women have never had an organization of Black Men dedicated to their security, he wants them to know what it feels like to call for the Black Man’s protection and get a real answer. He believes this will help to heal the Black Woman’s mind and spirit so that She can truly heal the world as only She can do.

So let’s help him make it happen.

From Nommo Userkaf:

“Society has ignored and even legally subordinated the rights of Black Women for centuries so Respect and Honor for her is addressed in all of our interactions with her. We never call her out of her name but regularly use the terms ‘Queen’, ‘Empress’ and ‘Goddess’ to address the Black Woman.  She has been physically and legally raped, mutilated and marginalized in the most vicious and inhumane fashion and this remains a cause of extreme trauma for her. The historical fact that the Black Man has not protected her haunts her psyche with great intensity.  She looks at him daily, and even in the best of circumstances, he remains unorganized and largely helpless to defend her except in the most immediate circumstances.  Just as he was forced to work long distances from her during the periods of slavery and colonialism to make it impossible for him to protect her, these very circumstances still exist today.  It is essential and fundamental that the Black Woman know that the Black Man will die to protect her.”

The Nuts and Bolts:

Nommo Userkaf has operated so far on almost zero budget and the powerful but unpaid support of his two Assistant Directors Anthony Bruce Coprich (Neferu Anu) and Jonathan Thomas.  Beyond that, the Network has moved forward based on the goodwill of a handful of well-meaning volunteers.

Our goals are as follows:

100,000 Men and Women as Members by January 2017

Staffing and Legal Representation to support our recruitment efforts

A state-of-the-art telecommunications center
Smartphones for all of our female members with a specially developed app for our needs

Standing bail fund to get Sisters out on bond
Sandra Bland could have been released on bail for only $515 a full 3 days before she was found dead in a jail cell.
Both Ralkina Jones and Nimali Henry could also have been released and would have then received their required medical prescriptions prior to being found dead in police custody.

Travel expenses to support our recruitment efforts

Our funding objective is $1,000,000. One million dollars will make it possible for the Protect and Defend Network to step into the future and make the birthright of every Black Woman to feel safe and secure in her person and in her body a reality.

So let’s make it happen for the Black Woman and Child.
