We are six Bingham Farms 5th graders (The Party Animals) on our way to the Destination Imagination Global Finals in Knoxville, TN.
Our team placed second in the state of Michigan for our central Improv challenge. The experience is 100-percent kid-driven. Over the course of the school year, we worked together to generate ideas, research different topics and techniques and crafted our ideas to compete in this challenge.
More than 2 million students around the world have taken part in Destination Imagination and its acclaimed Challenge program. This year, 175,000 students participated in tournaments throughout the United States. and 30 countries in hopes of earning a spot at the Global Finals competition in May. The Party Animals are among more than 8,000 students representing more than 1,400 teams advancing to Global Finals - the largest celebration of creativity!!
