Help Ranger

I am trying to raise money to cover the cost of veterinary tests that need to be done to diagnose my dogs illness. Ranger is a bull mastiff. I'm He is extremely ill and I cannot afford the costs of the tests that need to be run. He needs to be tested for Lyme disease, lymphoma cancer and renal failure. He won't live much longer if I'm unable to test and have him treated. He's lethargic, his eyes are red, he has a fever, all of his lymph nodes are extremely swollen, his right back leg is swollen to the point he can barely stand and his front right leg has started to swell with fluid as well. His back leg is 5 times the size of what it should be and is now leaking fluid from the pores. The right side of his abdomen has started to become filled with fluid as well. His nose has started to randomly bleed, and he pants 24 hours a day. He was recently treated for an ear infection and given 2 types of antibiotics. Since his course of antibiotics has run out, he's becoming more and more ill and less responsive. Ranger is my best friend and is always with me. He's my constant companion. Ranger is only 3 years old... My baby. He is going to die without veterinary help. I am so sorry to be asking for help but I didn't know what else to do. Any amount is appreciated . Thank you so much.
