[2020 updated campaign shift of focus]
Flash flooding killed at least 122 people and left more than 150 others wounded Wednesday across Afghanistan, with the northern province of Parwan hit hardest. The head of a hospital in Parwan's regional capital CBS News that the death toll could "double, or even triple" as hundreds of people were still believed to be trapped under collapsed homes. Famidi is currently working with area officials and village elders to provide aid to those who are still in need of immediate shelter and food. Your donations will ensure temporary aid until further research has been done to establish better aid efforts and practices. Thank you for your continued support.

[2018]
My name is Waley Ahmadyar, I represent the community of FamidiSnaps. Last year, we raised over $45k for an incident that killed over 85 people.
It is with great regret that there has been another bloody week for Kabul. There have been 4 attacks back to back and casualties have summed up to over 100 including women and children. I've decided to raise funds once again to aid the victims families.
If we reach our goal of $50k, I'll travel back to Kabul with the funds and once more distribute it to the victims' families just as I did previously. I am in contact with officials in Kabul who will aid in providing the list of victims. We have concluded that although giving them one lump some of cash will help them for a long period of time, it is much more beneficial if we set up a small business that will give them recurring income. Therefore, I'll help the victims' families by either cash(converted to Afghan rupee) or give them a job at a small center where they'll be creating goodies to not only help bring them income, but also boost the economy.

Refer to my previous trip to Afghanistan by navigating to my youtube channel to build trust and peace of mind. As usual, everything will be documented via video and broadcasted on SnapChat and on YouTube once I return back from the trip.

If you want to help  the families and the less fortunate, please donate to this cause. Every donation counts. Thank you.
