Porkchop's Veterinary Bills

Hi, I am Brittany. My friend Casey and I have a dog named Porkchop, a 6 yr old Beagle mix, who we adopted last year from an animal shelter in VT. Today (April 1st, 2015) he was hit by a car resulting in several fractures and breaks to his pelvis.
As of now, if we hope to keep our dog alive, we have thousands upon thousands of dollars in medical bills hanging above our heads. For all of the vital operations needed to keep him alive, between the X-rays, the surgery he is going to need to repair his pelvis, the post-operative care, the slew of medications he is taking and all of the other expenses involved with an injury like this, we are looking at atleast $7,000.
So, to keep things short and sweet, we would appreciate anything that you can do to help our cause, whether it be throwing a few dollars our way or just by spreading the word. Really, anything that you can think of to help us to our goal would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
