Hello! My name is Adia and I am 17 years old. I was blessed with the honor of representing my school and the state of Ohio to tour Europe with the Ohio Ambassadors of Music in the summer of 2017. This has been a dream of mine for years. It's an amazing feeling and I am so blessed to be representing my state.
The Ambassadors of Music tours seven countries over Europe. Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Liechtenstein, England, and France. The purpose of this trip is to share the multi-language; Music. This trip will show us and the people of Europe how music brings people together through times we cannot explain in words. This program truly changes lives and I want to experience this trip for myself and to change other people through the love of music. I want to carry that need for music and hear other’s stories about how this program and the multi-language has changed them.Why GoFundMe?
I cannot afford $6,000 in less than a year. The first down payment is $600 by June 15th. It’s impossible for someone in a little town in Ohio to afford that much money of their own. I cannot cover the cost of this experience completely. I am putting $1,000 as my goal for now to see where this will go. I am blessed with this technology to meet generous people who want to see happy futures, accomplish other’s goals, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Any amount will help. Sharing will also be so appreciated. No one should limit their passion because of financial reasons. Thinking about staying out on this once in a lifetime opportunity is devastating and heartbreaking. I want this to happen because it has been a dream since I was little.
