My fight against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and its discriminatory actions towards me and other minorities has been an ongoing battle dating back to 1997.  Despite countless federal lawsuits on behalf of current and former employees, the Chairman of the FDIC continues to ignore the hostile and retaliatory work environment of it subcomponents as in the case of the Office of Inspector General (OIG).  The OIG's executive level management, no longer fearing any oversight, run the agency as a private entity with no regard for civil or workplace rights.  This action has placed employees in the position of having to seek relief from federal courts to protect their careers and obtain a minimal level of respect within the workplace!  In order for me to continue the battle against them, I am requesting donations in  order to finance my lawsuit against them in District Court.

As background, beginning in 1997 to 2004 I filed at least ten (10) EEO complaints against the FDIC for race, sex, and age discrimination, and failure to promote.  In 2007 I settled my case against the FDIC, but ended a 30-year career with the Agency in hopes of putting this painful experience behind me.[1]  Little did I know at the time, OIG and other executive level management officials within the Agency were committed to preventing me from ever earning a living.

Due to the stress brought on by my case against the FDIC, I was diagnosed with Stage II DCIS breast cancer.  I have undergone extensive surgery and contracted two staph infections, one of which threatened to take my life -- Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).  MRSA infection is caused by a type of staph bacteria that's become resistant to many of the antibiotics used to treat ordinary staph infections.  By the grace of God, I survived, but to this day suffer from debilitating pain due to scar tissue.  So having to fight the FDIC again while trying to focus on my health and earn a living for further treatment is not something I need at this time.  My condition has made something as simple as sleeping almost impossible due to the constant pain. Although I would much rather focus on my health, I am instead again forced into a legal battle with the FDIC-OIG to protect my right to work anywhere!

I ask your help in fighting the all powerful FDIC.  Please donate to my cause as I believe the only way I can stop an agency like the FDIC from retaliating against me and railroading my career is to stand up against a corporate bully!

At a fee, you may access documents filed in my case at:
