Addison Perez medical and memorial

We are the family of Addison Perez she is 8 years old,

she was involved in a tragic accident on Sunday June 5, 2016.

she was taken to a Nacogdoches hospital and then was life fighted to The Children's hospital in Houston Texas,

where she remains on life support , there is no brain activity and no movement and no response.

and she will soon be removed from life support.

we are requesting donations for medical and memorial and other exspenses that may arise. 

funding needed as soon as possible.
