Hope for Alex
Donation protected
On August 23, 2016 around 9:20 am, Alexandra Passante was in a terrible car accident. She was rushed to the hopsital and underwent emergency brain surgery to relieve the swelling and stop the bleeding in her brain. She is currently in the surgical ICU, resting and healing while her friends and family wait anxiously to see her open her eyes again. Although the surgery went well and post-op catscans left doctors hopeful, Alex is not yet out of the woods. Once the swelling of her brain subsides she will need to undergo at least one more surgery, and then she has quite a long road to recovery. Alex graduated from Bay Shore High School this past June and is less than a month shy of her 18th birthday. Alex was set to attend Farmingdale State College this fall to play softball and study dental hygiene. Anyone who knows Alex knows that she is one of the most beautiful, bubbly, strong and compassionate people in this world. We know that she will get through this, she always has been and always will be a fighter. Our goal is to raise enough money to help Alex's family take care of any and all hospital bills, as well as physical therapy and whatever other services she may need down the line. No donation is too small, and every donation is appreciated more than you could ever know. Please help us to help the Passante family through this tough time so they can put all of their time, energy and love into helping Alex heal and recover.
