Volunteer with Refugees in Greece

Hi!  I'm Stephanie Langille, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

I am raising money to support my breastfeeding volunteer work in Greece with the Nuture Project International.  I will be using my knowledge, experience and skills to help women start or continue exclusive breastfeeding and to help triage any issues that can occur in this time of high stress.  The families I'll be visiting are living in tents with few supplies and little food and it is critical for them to have all the support they need to be able to breastfeed their babies.

The money raised will be put towards my overseas flight, breastfeeding supplies, accomodations and food.  Any surplus funds will go towards supplies for the tent project including the purchase of gloves, sanitizers and ready-to-feed formula.

This work is very important to me.  I can use my knowledge and experience to help these women in one of the scariest and uncertain times in their lives. They will get the support they need to continue to feed their babies and keep their families healthy.
