Help Bre Get An Asthma Alert Dog!

Hello! I'm Breanna Hilado! I just graduated high school a year early all while in band and drumline! I will be going off to college soon to study for physical therapy. Since I was 3 months old, I have struggled with severe asthma and allergies. By the time I was 4 months old, I had bronchitis 3 times. Throughout my life, I was always told that I would grow out of it. I am currently 17 and still struggling with constant bronchitis and breathing. I am constantly on many medications to help with my allergies and asthma. Every year, mostly during the winter and spring months, I become very ill. I have to go to the emergency room for oxygen plus double dose treatments at times. My reason for getting a service dog is because when I am very ill every year during those months, I have attacks in my sleep from which I don't wake up by myself. For the past 17 years my mother has had to set alarms to come into my room and make sure I'm breathing, wake me up, and give me my treatments. Since I will be moving in with my brother and he works nights, no one will be home to help me when I'm having my attacks. A service dog is trained to do just that. We feel like this choice is the best for us. This is the reason for my page! I will do anything to raise the money that could potentially save my life!
