Dad's Medical Expenses
Donation protected
Hello, family and friends! As some of you may know, we sent my father home to Philippines, in October of 2016 for a little vacation. He wanted to go so badly to see his brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, etc. so we saved enough money to send him home for a few months to enjoy time with family.
This past week on February 4th, he was supposed to come home and we were going to pick him up at the SFO airport.
I received a terrifying call at around 2 AM February 4th. On my father's way to Beijing, China from Manila, my father experienced dizziness, shortness of breath and edema in both lower legs. Upon arrival to Beijing, awaited ambulance to transfer my dad to the hospital. The assessment shows my father had a heart attack. He had another heart attack yesterday and continues to experience shortness of breath. He is being monitored under close care of the staff at Beijing United Family Hospital and is staying a few days until he is cleared to be discharged and stable enough to travel back home.
They are seeking partial payment or else my father will be sent to a different hospital in China where the medical treatment will be MUCH different than where he is now( not a good different). I am asking for help and guidance as my family does not have the money to fulfill this payment. Anything will help.. If you can't donate, please consider sharing our story and help me get the word out and my dad home safely. Thank you all so much for your generosity and kind hearted words during this difficult time.
