The Portage Lake Little League Major and Minor All-Star Teams have qualified for the State Tournaments! Unfortunately, it's 575 miles to get to the Major tournament and 443 miles to get to the Minor tournament-- and that's just one way! We're raising money to cover gas, food and lodging costs for the trips.
These tournaments start soon; Friday, July 22 for the Minors and Saturday, July 23 for the Majors. Early donations are gratefully accepted!
All of these players have worked hard all summer to hone their skills and are eager to play against some tough downstate competition. Every dollar donated gets us one step closer to showing the rest of Michigan that the Upper Peninsula knows how to play high-quality baseball too!
