College Housing Expense

My daughter Christi is a very bright, hard working college student, whom started college at the age of 15. Yes, 15! She is currently working on going toward being able to apply for her graduate program at the end of next year, but she needs our help. She has some medical conditions that prevent her unfortunately from staying in a regular dorm with roommates even though she would love too, and needs to have a place of her own to stay at so that it not affect her health further. We have been trying for the past year and a half with no luck and the school does not seem to be much help either in the search and even wanting to bill us much higher if she needs an apartment for just herself with no roommates and we can not afford the extra cost. So my daughter has not given up, even with her conditions she has been commuting, and driving herself to classes over two hours each direction everyday, and doing whatever she needs to continue her studies until we can find something. Well, that something was very close when we recieved a phone call from an apartment just a couple blocks from the school that she had put her name on a waiting list for, that she was next for one, so it's the wrong timing now, because I have been put on a new treatment just a month and a half ago, and being a single parent of two, and so many medical expenses as is, we had to turn it down after all this time. So now my daughter is faced with the commute again and the waiting of when and if something will come up again for her. She really needs this help, so she can focus more on her studies and less on driving. If you or anyone you know finds it in your hearts to help her out, anything will help toards her goal of reaching her PhD.
