My name is Chris Goldsmith and I am one of a few expats who live in Cebu, Philippines.  We have discovered a family with a young girl who has a growth on her neck that is causing her serious pain 24 hours a day.  The family have NO money to even take her to see a Doctor.  Together I am sure we can fund enough money to atleast give her a pain free or pain reduced life.  This girl is 5 years old and named Reina.  Lets show the world we care.
