In loving memory of Maria Gulyas xxxx
On 02/08/16 an amazing woman lost her short but brave battle with cancer. She had only three weeks from diagnosis to when she sadly passed away. She was only 37.
Maria Gulyas, originally from Serbia but, living and working in Weymouth in the UK, was a beautiful person both inside and out, and she tragically leaves behind her nine month old daughter Dora, her loving partner Tamas and her parents Karoly and Erzsebet for whom she was an only child.
This was such a sudden and unexpected tragedy for which Maria's family had no time to prepare, and it was a financial struggle to fly her parents to the UK to be with her in her last hours.
We ( her friends and colleagues ) are urgently trying to raise the money to send Maria home, from the UK , to her final resting place in Serbia. Donations will be used to have Maria cremated here in the UK and then flown, accompanied by her parents, partner and tiny daughter to Serbia where she can be laid to rest.
Any remaining money will be put into a trust fund for her daughter Dora who has sadly lost her mother at such a young age.
We are asking anyone who knew Maria to help the family at this devastating time and not only donate but share this page with everyone they know.
