Baton Rouge PGL Lab Emps Flooded

Donation protected

Over 30 of our employees - technologists, support staff, and managers who work in our large lab in Baton Rouge have been severly affected by the flooding in our area.  They've sustained either TOTAL loss homes, MAJOR flooding in homes, Loss of cars, etc.

These are people who work behind the scenes in health care, our friends, and co-workers. We are launching a company effort to secure donations for our employees to help them begin the process of rebuilding their lives.

Please consider donating DIRECTLY to those in need. Every penny will go directly to affected employees. As healthcare providers, we normally offer help. Asking for help for our own is just as important.

The funds will be transferred to our corporate account.  Our intent is to secure enough donations to be able to provide an equitable distribution (with Board approval) to 1) employees who've lost their home and belongings, 2) employees who lived in apartments and lost their belongings, and 3) employees whose child/children and/or parents lost homes and belongings.  We hope to secure significant donations to supplement any other assistance available.

Thank you, in advance, for any donation you can consider.  Any small donation is greatly appreciated.
