*Montcrieff Family House Fire Relief Fund*
Yesterday afternoon one of our own, Lt. Firefighter Paramedic Robert Montcrieff, of Camp Lejeune Fire & Emergency Services was off duty & lost his home with nearly everything they own to a tragic and sudden fire at approximately 3:15pm on Tuesday April 19, 2016.
Monty's very own Half Moon Volunteer Fire Department arrived on scene with crews to discover our brother home to be a fully involved structure fire and is now been declared a total loss.
Our brother & his family are thankfully alive because his wife had just left to pickup their children from school while he worked outside in the yard. Montcrieff sustained minor injury & smoke inhalation trying to assist getting his pets out of the house before the fire dept crews arrived. Sadly some pets did perish.
Montcrieff has been thankfully treated & released from the hospital. & is now recoverying with the support of his family and close friends.
We have set up official means for the Montcrieff family to help assist them in gettting back on their feet.
All material donations are to be dropped off at Half Moon Volunteer Fire Department on 4835 Gum Branch Road Jacksonville North Carolina 28540. We are asking that all material goods and donations for the Montcrieff family be either new or lightly used.
