My name is Tim Randall, I am a member of the Canadian National Bobsleigh Team. In 2014, I had the opportunity to represent my country at the Sochi Winter Olympics.
As a national team member there are yearly team fees that each athlete must pay in order to compete in the upcoming competitive season. With team fees constantly increasing, and funding for national programs decreasing, there is a continuing challenge for amateur athletes to come up with the necessary funds. With the season just around the corner, I am forced to turn to close friends and family to help spread the word or make any contribution to help me get back on the ice this season. It will also help me continue my dream and hopefully earn another opportunity to reach the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang.
Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated and can go a long way. If you can’t donate that is completely fine, you could also help by sharing the page to help promote the cause.
