Care packages for the homeless

A few weeks ago I came out of a fast food restaurant with a bag of chips that I was absentmindedly eating, when I saw 2 homeless men.  I immediately gave my chips to them and walked into CVS and bought a few things that they might need: toothpaste, a snack, drink, toothbrush, hand sanitizer etc, and I handed it to them.  "God Bless" was what they said.

The next weekend I did it again with my boyfriend Ricky, but this time we had 5 packages and dropped them off at Christ's House in Alexandria.

Ricky and Iwould like to keep helping people little by little, but we need your help.  We can build many more care packages by utilizing buying in bulk.

250 dollars can give 24 people:

-1 bottle of water
- feminie care products for women
-3 kleenex packs
-1 Shampoo & conditioner
-2 Cliff bars for protein
-1 deodorant
-1 toothpaste and toothbrush
-A bag to carry these items

This is much more than we can do alone.  Please chip in whatever you can and I will share pictures of putting these packages together to give to the poor.
