Used Van To Take Care Of My Mother

Hi Dear People!
My Mother has Alzheimer's and Dementia. She can't communicate with me anymore. I am her Caregiver. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and am partially disabled. I have an old van that is on its last leg. I need a reliable van to be able to travel to the store to purchase and pickup my mother's medication, personal items, and food shopping. My Mother often ends up in the hospital, sometimes at odd times of the night. I follow the ambulance so I can spend however many hours it takes before she is admitted and I can make it back home. A lot of the time I don't know if my car will make it. I need to visit or she won't have anyone there making sure she is being taken care of correctly and bring her what she needs. The same thing applies for when she has to stay at the subacute facility that she goes to before she comes home. If you can find it in your heart please, please donate, even if it's a $1.00.
