Emily's fate

I am reaching out and asking for help and support for this three month old baby girl who has a heart condition and needs heart surgery. On August 22, 2013 both of her parents were in a tragic car accident and died. Yoel (the father) was the sole provider for his family, also living with him was his mom and handicapped sister, they now have no money to support themselves and this baby girl. She needs diapers, wipes, clothes, formula and sooo much more. These people were like family to me and my brothers best friend. Emily is my brothers god daughter and we are all this family has left. Please help!
