Help Reuben go to school!

Many of you know Reuben as a jewelry maker, a baby whisperer, a teacher and just a really nice, kind, laid back guy. He is all of these things but what he really wants is to go to school for Community Development. Reuben grew up on the outskirts of Arusha, Tanzania. Arusha is a city full of people living in poverty. Reuben has dedicated the last year two years his life helping single mothers start small businesses so they could take care of their children and climb out of poverty. It has always been Reubens dream to help people and a few months ago Reuben took an entry exam to the Tengeru Community Development Institute and he scored very high. They only have spaces for 10 people next term and Reuben made the cut! This brings us to why we started a go fund me page. School starts on October 13th. This is a 3 year school and the total tuition is $3500 (including books, transportation, etc) but we need at least $1000 by October 13th so he can start. Upon graduation he will receive his bachelors degree in Community Development. If he misses this opportunity he is not sure when he will get another chance. Reuben is currently working with a registered 501 c 3 NGO in Tanzania and any donations over $250 we can send you a receipt for your taxes.Thank you for you support and please help us to send this very deserving and kind man to school!
