Study abroad in France!

It's almost my last term in college, and I am trying to fund my study abroad. I have wanted to live in Europe pretty much my whole life. I finally got to visit and fell in love with France, and I realized I'd better take advantage of every opportunity I have before school is over. So, I am going to study in Pau, France for my last two terms. For those of you who know me, I've been going to school for Spanish for a number of years. Having completed all my Spanish classes, I started taking French about a year ago. I won't be able to afford to continue going to school once I graduate, so my goal is to spend time in France and become (mostly) fluent before graduating. Plus, Pau is in southern France, right near the border of Spain - so I can practice both languages during my time there!


In order to make this happen, I've been working and going to school full time, but I still need some help reaching my goal. I am trying to raise enough money before I leave in early January, but you can still donate after that! I'll be doing little baking fundraisers here in Portland, as well as applying for scholarships, but anything you can do to help (even $5!) will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not setting up the rewards system, but if you donate and you want souvenirs or postcards or anything from France, I'd be more than happy to mail them your way.
