Evan Holtz Recovery Fund

Donation protected
Evan is a Bridgewater 911 Dispatcher, Country Hills Volunteer Fireman, EMT (paid) for Clinton Rescue Squad and Somerset Medical Center, and serves as a Volunteer EMT for Branchburg Rescue Squad. Evan devotes most of his life helping others throughout all of his positions both paid and volunteer. It is now time for the community to support a man who continues to provide various emergency services to our residents and families. Evan has a brain tumor (believed to be not cancerous at this time) and his medical expenses are beginning to pile up. He is currently out of work on extended sick leave and therefore has lost the opportunity to work his various paid jobs and cannot currently volunteer with his organizations.

When I saw this on Facebook, I wanted to know what I could do to help, and I am very happy with what we have come up with.

In addition to the this page, on December 14th, I plan to run about three miles in full turnout gear (bunker pants, bunker jacket, helmet, gloves, SCBA pack) to raise funds for Evan, details of which are still in the works.
