Aabi’s Yoga Teaching Journey

Hi my name is Aabi. I am a new budding yoga instructor in Washington DC. Yoga has enabled me to self reflect and practice kindness, acceptance, and compassion with myself and others. I’d like to use my training to encourage patience, self worth/belief, and healthy coping mechanisms in underprivileged and disenfranchised areas. I’d like to continue my training to become a more knowledgeable and efficient teacher. This rocket yoga training is taught from the foundations of holding space and giving assists to be able to support all people in all stages of their practice. Together we can reach my goal of $1500 to allow me to contribute my knowledge to my community.
