flood victum need help got 6 kids

Me and my husband was told it was going to flood so we got 250 sand bags and put them around the house to try and block the water from coming in but this didn't work and we were running 6 pumps yet this failed too. We got so much water it didn't matter. We have 6 kids 2 to 13 yrs old..we stayed as long as we could to fight the water, but once we lost the battle of fighting the water from coming in we were forced to give up and take shelter at the red cross shelter at Trinity for a week. Now we are renting one place temporary short term and still paying our other mortgage the house that was ruined. We didn't have flood insurance as our property never flooded inside. So now we are responsible for all the house repairs and I don't know how we are going to come up with the funds to fix the properly. so we have to get funds so we can get are kids back in there house but we got to do alot..And there's probally over 25,000 damage. if you can help please help us rebuild our home, thank in advance.
