Help My Husband Have Proper Burial

Donation protected
My husband, Gerald Elmer, passed away this past Thursday, December 4th, 2014.  He was a native of San Diego, CA, but was here in Kentucky with me, trying to help me sell my home so that we could move back to San Diego together.

Unfortunately he had no life insurance. He was a Veteran of the Marine Corp and a volunteer for the San Diego Fire Department. He was unable to get life insurance because of a debilitating back injury he received while serving in the Marines.

The death benefit from Social Security is $255.00 and the VA death benefit is approximately the same. I would very much like to return him for burial to the place he was born and raised and where he spent most of his life. I think it is only proper that is where he rests.

Please help me bury him with the respect and dignity he has earned and so rightly deserves. I do not know an exact amount yet, so that may change as details become available; I will add more information as I find them out. Please help, even a dollar makes a difference.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your help.
