Help Pay for Emma's Surgery

Hi, my name is Henry and I'm asking for your help. My dog, Emma, may have Periodontal Disease and I have no money to pay for any needed surgery. Her teeth seem to be in either the second or third stage of the disease and I really don't want anything bad to happen to her and I want to do something before it gets worse, but my parents refuse to pay for surgery.
