Help save Norah's foot

Hi friends,
Unfortunately Norah has had this terrible infection on her foot which caused her whole toe to swell up and bleed. We saw the vet and she gave us antibiotics and were told to come back tuesday to see what the next step is. We are almost certain it will be amputation. Her toe has an abcess on it which means she will need to be sedated and it will be cleaned out or taken off.
Her treatment is expected to cost thousands of dollars. Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
