Centralia,PA. clean up fund

Memorial Day 1962 a coal mine fire was started accidently which has been burning ever since. Almost the entire town was wiped out because the fire was never put out.Few residents still live in town, but may be forced out due to eminent domain.. While they are still there people are illegally dumping garbage and the area needs to be cleaned up. The state of Pennsylvania does not maintain any of the acreage the town sits on. We wish to clean it and preserve its beauty.
We also wish to purchase "No Dumping"signs to distribute around the area.
We are working with a not for profit organization that handles issues of Environmental Conservation-To promote and facilitate the reclamation and remediation of land and water adversely affected by past mining practices in Eastern Pennsylvania.
