Scholar In Need!!!

Hello everyone! I am 28 years old and am currently matriculating at 2 schools! This year I was chosen as a 2014 Phi Theta Kappa International Scholar Laureate and have been offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to attend the International Scholar Laureate Program's Delegation on Medicine and Science in Australia and New Zealand this May. Unfortunately, times are tough and I am desperate for the funds to be able to attend. I have applied for a scholarship but will not know the results for at least 4 weeks. The program is one week long and consists of special access to hospitals, clinics, universities, lectures by practitioners, and immersion into the Australian culture and unique health care system. The tuition for this program is $3,395 and the cost of the flight for these dates is $2,200. I am hoping that with a little begging, a little prayer, and a little luck that I would be fortunate enough to raise these funds and continue to learn about all aspects of worldly medicine.
