Unexpected bills for the expecting

My baby sister, Dannie, has had a rough go lately, lots of unexpected bills and car breakdowns as well as an emergency room visit or 2.  she is pregnant and due in Feb, working nearly full time and still having trouble making ends meet.  Right now her biggest problem is needing a car to get the kids to school and herself, her oldest son and her boyfriend to work.   she isn't looking for a lambo or a ferrari, just something to get her to work and back and that has heat since winter will be arriving sooner than later.  anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.
