financial help for epileptic son

hi, my name is sheena and i'm asking for donations to help get myself and my son to and from childrens hospital. i need to pay off an insurance fine that was originally $3,894.00 but has become $4,030.00 due to the interest. i've been making payments for the past 7 months and brought it back down to $3616.00. it feels like i am getting no where. icbc wants a big lump sum that i can not afford to pay on my own, i don't have any family to help me financially and my kids fathers are not in their life to help me out eithrer. my church donated a van but i am unable to insure it because of this fine. i need to be able to get my son to and from children's hospital every couple of months to see a specialist, he was diagnosed an epileptic in sept. 2013 and has had 4 seizures since  anything will help. thanks for your time, and god bless.
