                                     OUR MISSION

The greatest direct component of our mission requires that we strive to match SelekTron's carefully selected expert Mentor/Advisors with member entities ("member entities" are those companies -- startups, early-stage ventures and small businesses -- which join our organization) in order to increase the member entities' rate of survival, and to get them to thrive, grow and become profitable employers. Despite the adversities that these companies face, here are the facts -- certainly a reason to increase their survival rate (there won't be a bailout any time soon either -- these companies are too small to be inefficient. The ones which solidly make it from startups to thriving going concerns are the driving force of the American economy.

SelekTron Innovation Assistance (the "Company") exists for the purpose of proactively and efficiently assisting startups, early-stage entrepreneurial enterprises and small businesses based in the United States ("member entities")to thrive and excel in profitability and quality, by eliminating distractions and departures from their planned trajectory (their "golden path") to success by providing them with highly experienced and effective Mentor/Advisors to take the burden of non-income-producing tasks from them. This liberates the entrepreneurial team to make super-efficient use of its time.

Your contributions are going toward the creation of the crucial, essential website development, virtual communication infrastructure and operating expenses of SelekTron, which itself is a seedling entity. The Mentor/Advisors are not joining us to become rich; they are joining to give back, help others, and to help our nation.

We're going to be matching member entities with Mentor/Advisors. Sort of a sophisticated, businesslike Match.com.

Q: Why would a senior, experienced, established, effective individual invest his or her valuable time in being a Mentor/Advisor?

A: These business pros have done well with their contacts and careers and are going to generously and patriotically leverage their wealth of resources to help US-based entrepreneurial enterprises, startups and small businesses to ensure and accelerate their growth, profitability and the ultimate creation of jobs and careers for other Americans.

These non-income-producing tasks, or distractions, are primarily teamwork cooperation and coordination problems, failing to follow the business plan during a seeming crisis, or having to deal with third-party professionals, vendors, suppliers, capitalists, financial institutions, insurance providers and other individuals who are not company employees or customers, and who are not directly involving in the revenue and

This "third-party" time is usually counterproductive to a very large extent, and it cuts into building the business, its customer base and brand, and revenues.
Our carefully chosen Mentor/Advisors reduce non-productive (research, trial-and-error processes, third-party conversations, lengthy negotiations and other "business decelerators" by inserting a Mentor/Advisor from the Company into the member entity to help the team stay the course, and to qualify, select, introduce and integrate outside parties to the member entities, after which the Mentor/Advisor serves as a liaison between the busy, productive member entity and these other parties.

By way of example, the career resume of one of our senior and most highly-qualified Mentor/Advisors, Mr. Douglas E. Castle, follows in a PDF downloadable file for you to see: http://bit.ly/CV2013PDF8.

                                   HOW IT WORKS

Since our mission is to help startups, entrepreneurial enterprises (early-stage young companies) and small businesses, we do it in the most responsible, objective way. We assign a Mentor/Advocate to the member entity to work with them, and to act as the liaison between the member entity and all of the professionals, vendors, suppliers and other third-party interferences to the entrepreneurial focus on attaining goals.

The Mentor/Advocate is a helpful advisor, a buffer for the member entity from the maddening crowd of third parties who help to service the member entity's needs, and a constant monitor of progress to make certain that the member entity team is working harmoniously at reaching each step along the way to its goal.

We pair our vetted Mentor/Advisors with member entities in terms of personality style and communication approach as well as by how suitably their experience and skills would likely address the existing and anticipated needs of the member entity at issue. Compatibility between the member entity and the Mentor/Advisor is an essential component to achievement of the member entities' revenue and profitability goals.

Member Entities will pay an annual fee of $250.00 (reduced by any amounts contributed to the Company's crowdfunding campaign by those member entities if they have contributed) to have the continuous access to and advice from a selected, highly qualified Mentor/Advisor whose job it will be to qualify, select, introduce and integrate the member entity with the right vendors, professionals and experts to accomplish the member entity's goals.

The first thing that the Mentor/Advisor will do is review and evaluate the entity's business plan and objectives, or to advise the principals (the executives of the member entity) as to the preparation of its business plan if it hasn't yet created one, and to establish or reaffirm realistic immediate and longer-term objectives for revenues and profitability.

The second task is to tactfully undertake an assessment of the member entity's executive team, individual by individual, and to examine the interpersonal dynamics - sometimes a subtle intervention may be required, and this is best done by an outsider.

Member Entities are expected to develop a close, transparent, communicative and productive relationship with their individual Mentor/Advisor and vice versa. Most of these seedling startups and early-stage or small businesses could never afford to hire a Mentor/Advisor of any substance themselves. Our Member/Advisors are practically volunteers, with a bonus possible only if they perform for their member entities.

In addition to a small annual fee paid by the member entity, as a performance incentive to the Mentor/Advisor the member entity will pay to SelekTron Innovation Assistance a contingent bonus royalty fee based upon a small percentage (not to exceed 1%) of net revenues generated after the member entity has exceeded a threshold of profitability safely beyond breakeven, and as negotiated and agreed to between the member entity and the Mentor/Advisor. If this special benchmark of progress and profitability is reached and the performance incentive fee is paid, the member entity would certainly have cause for celebration instead of complaint.

                                   MEMBERSHIP

Membership in SelekTron Innovation Assistance (the "Company") is open to all small US-based businesses "” from seedling startups, to early-stage entrepreneurial enterprises, to established small businesses with ambitions for expansion, or who are troubled financially and need rapid crisis guidance and a turnaround plan "” perhaps even a managerial and financial restructuring prior to or immediately after a declaration of bankruptcy pursuant to Chapter 11.

Membership for any US-domiciled qualified potential member entity is only $250 annually (reduced by any amount which was contributed by the entity to the Company's crowdfunding campaign), plus a performance incentive bonus fee comprised of a negotiated percentage (not more than 1%!) of the member entity's net revenues after a certain negotiated and agreed-upon profitability objective has been reached by the member entity with the constant help of the Mentor/Advisor.
It is a bonus that any member entity's management would be delighted to pay, as it signifies achievement of a significant objective in cooperation with the Company's Mentor/Advisor.

An added benefit of membership is the "cooperative collective bargaining effect" since certain large united groups have an enhanced ability to negotiate effectively with many suppliers, vendors, insurance providers and even professionals.
