Duchess Vet Needs

Duchess has been with us for 8 years and is currently experiencing horrible health issues. She is having trouble breathing and seems to have a heart issue but nothing can be done until she gets test done which we don't have the funds for. She's currently in a lot of pain and the only thing we could afford were pain medication and the vet visit. My family and I do not want to give up on her or see her in the pain she isn but aren't sure how much longer she'll last without proper care. We greatly appreciate any help we can get in helping pay her medical bills.
