Isaac Martindale Funeral Expenses

Sweet isaac passed away this morning, Sunday, November 22 at 10:30 am., in the arms of his parents and surrounded by his siblings.

Isaac is now 6 1/2 years old and has had a rough six-nine months. In January, he was diagnosed with a rare and very difficult to manage seizure disorder called Lennox Gestault Syndrome and we have seen a significant decline in his health. While he still has many good times and his smile is often present, we have also many more episodes of respiratory illnesses, seizures and other concerning medical conditions. His beautiful, precious little life is now even more fragile than ever.

In September, Isaac entered a Hospice program.  We are filled with gratitude today..we have been blessed to be Isaac's parents. He has changed our family in so many ways...he has taught us so much. We would choose him all over again...and again. Isaac is no longer able to tolerate his feedings. He is calm and filled with peace. He is resting more and yet still sharing his beautiful, radiant smile with us when he wakes up. Maisy was scheduled to have surgery on Friday but we have cancelled it. This next week will be filled with nothing but snuggles, and cherishing every moment we have left with our sweet and wonderful son.
We are so grateful to have been given the privilege to walk alongside Isaac in this life. He has taught us so much about love, life and precious gift of dependence on God. I have no doubt he has touched your life as well.

The Martindale's have also been caring for a one year old who is on Dialysis for the last 6 months through the Safe Families program and could use some financial assistance as they look ahead to planning for Isaac's funeral and other expenses they have been incurring over the last few months.  Any help is appreciated.
