Earl Gage Recovery Fund

Earl Gage is an 18 year old cyclist who lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Over the past few years, he and I have bonded as friends, racers, and team mates. Earl has become a fixture in the New Mexico cycling community, becoming friends with everyone he meets, helping set up races, being a bike shop mechanic, and being a dedicated team mate. With the passion he has for all disciplines of the sport, he has inspired many and helped spread the love of riding bicycles. Unfortunately, on April 10th 2014, Earl was hit by a car while on a bike ride. He sustained serious injuries, including a broken femur, broken hip, broken jaw, broken ribs, and swelling and bleeding of the brain. This was a real blow to everyone in the cycling community in New Mexico who have all come to love Earl so much. The healing process will be very long and difficult, but for someone as tough and passionate as Earl, it is very much a possibility. He has the entire community by his side to cheer him along. This page is dedicated to raising money to financialy support Earl in recovering. His loving family has been at his side through the entire process, and any support they can get is immensely appriciated.
