Dental Work for Teacher

My story started with a softball accident back in 1986, when I was in 8th grade.  I took a ball to the mouth and it resulted in my front 3 teeth on the right side to be shoved to the back of the roof of my mouth.  After the oral surgeon saved them by moving them back into place and holding them with braces, they were all root canaled and eventually the front tooth was crowned.

Fast forward to  March of 2014....... I started having shooting pain in the tooth next to my large front tooth. The inevitable had happened..... my root canal had cracked. The oral surgeon pulled the tooth and made a "flipper" for me to wear.  As you can imagine, it makes eating and biting foods difficult and is uncomfortable to wear.  And it is very fragile.  (I've already broken the tooth off one of them)

June 2015..... One of my other root canals is causing me pain and will need to be fixed.  My permanant solution is to have them put a bridge between the two outside teeth and "bridge" over my open space.  The excellent news is that the insurance will pay their portion of the entire procedure.
But the problem is.....Even with insurance, my cost  is over $1000.  I'm a single mom and teacher.  My budget covers the monthly bills, but cannot cover an expensive dental procedure for myself.
