Affinity Magazine Fundraising

Sara Mahmoud, Nadin, and I (Samer) will be featured on a Limited Edition Affinity Magazine spread to explain our lives as unorthodox Palestinians. Nadin is a Palestinian Christian who is also gender fluid. He gets a lot of shit for that, not cool. Sara is very open about her sexuality. She doesn't censor herself for the Arab community. She is shamed for that, also not cool. I'm very religious, and but very liberal and modern. I want to talk about how you can be religious and still be yourself. I'm not the stereotypical Muslim, and I got a lot of shit for being who I am. Not. Cool.
