Brody’s Fund

Brody was born in 2015 with a rare congenital heart defect called Shone's Complex. At 13 days old Brody underwent his first open heart surgery to replace his aorta. His open heart surgery was a success, and Brody was able to go home after a month spent in the Cardiovascular ICU. Brody had 7 additional surgeries in his first year of life requiring up to week long stays. 

Brody is now 3 years old and is requiring more lifesaving heart surgeries. Medical costs are high with multiple and long hospital stays. The money raised will help Brody’s family in the coming months with medical expenses, trips to Birmingham for appointments and hospital stays that are sure to come.
